The High Performance Camps are for elite level hockey players looking to take their game to the next level with hockey’s leading performance coach, Darryl Belfry. The camps will feature 36 forwards and 24 defensemen for each age group who will be divided into four teams for the duration of the camp. Development will be tailored to both forwards and defensemen. The end of each day will feature games where participants will have the opportunity to transfer what they learned during the skill development sessions into a competitive game environment.
Each participant will receive over 10 hours of on ice training with Darryl Belfry and his team of professional skill developers. The focus of the High-Performance camp is Training-to-Game transfer skills, to which all content provided will be expected to transfer into the player’s core game habits. Participants of the camp will be taught how to influence the game to their favor.
The High-Performance camps will utilize two full sheets of ice for training both offensive and defensive specific skills and tactics in order to maximize each player’s individual development. All of our training sessions include videographers allowing for instant on-ice feedback on TV monitors located at each rink, one of the backbones of our player development model.
